WWII/Korean/Vietnam – U.S. Navy 11/5/1942 through 7/1/1972: Commander

Glenn served in various fighter and test squadrons and flew Corsairs from several different carriers searching for enemy submarines in the South Atlantic.

Glenn said that he made over 400 night time carrier landings during his military service.

Medals and Honors: Recommended for Legion of Merit, SECNAV Commendation Letter, the American Campaign Medal, the China Service Medal, the WWII Victory Medal, the National Defense Medal, the European Campaign Medal, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Service Medal, the Korean Service Medal and the Republic of Vietnam Service Medal.
